We create personalized songs from the information you share with us about your daughter. Each song is written and produced originally based on your story.
Payment is made at the time you place your order, through our third-party payment provider. Your order begins processing once payment is confirmed.
Most songs are delivered within 7 days from the time you complete the form and confirm your payment. Timelines may vary during high-demand periods. We'll let you know if there is any delay.
We want you to be happy with your song. If something isn't quite right, let us know and we'll make reasonable adjustments until you're pleased with the result.
Because each song is created personally and uniquely for you, orders already in production are non-refundable. If you have an issue with your order, reach out and we'll find a fair solution.
The song you receive is for your personal use: to listen to it, share it with family and friends, and keep it forever. Reselling it or using it for commercial purposes without our permission is not allowed. We retain the rights to the production and composition.
You are responsible for the information and story you share with us. By submitting it, you authorize us to use it solely to create and produce your song.
You must not use our service for illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to decline orders that breach these conditions.
We provide our service with the utmost care, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its date.
